Hi Paolo,

please remove the following plugins from hub.qgis.org. They all have been
uploaded to GitHub and, at least their latest version reflects such change
in the metadata file:

Load Them All,
Remove Empty Layers,
Synchronize QGIS with a dir.

Hi Paolo,
you can close http://hub.qgis.org/projects/easycustomlabeling. It has been
ported to GH a long time ago and old Redmine issues are saved to GH now.

Not, the idea is to migrate only core, and let plugins have their own system. 
Most are on github anyway.

I have moved the open tickets to github and updated metadata on 
plugins.qgis.org accordingly. Plugins' metadata.txt files will be 
updated with the next relaese of the respective plugin.
