Hello, I think you should create a wiki page using old one as a template to give more detail on your project: when, where, etc. And then send your proposal to the PSC list as a formal request. Y. Please consider that we already had a similar, equally attracting, offer for next spring in Catalunya, so perhaps we should compare the two (if friends in Catalunya are still interested).
