Did you try the "wrap text on" option in the legend item properties (

[Qgis-developer] QGIS server: too long legend

Hi,

is there any possibility how to convince QGIS Server (and QGIS Desktop
itself) to render legend items as multiline text? I tried '\n' but it
didn't worked (see attached screenshot). My goal is to make rendered
image less wide and cannot shorten legend descriptions. Thanks for any
tips in advance, Martin
