Ciao Nino,
con quel plugin (trasformazione affine) non credo tu possa inserire 4 punti,
infatti le equazioni utilizzate sono 6.
L'alternativa potrebbe essere il plugin Vector Bender [0] oppure utilizzare
due volte la trasformazione affine sul tuo quadrilatero: la prima volta
trasformando tre vertici, la seconda trasformando il quarto. Ma non ho mai
fatto prove in merito.

Update

I found out that the invalid download was caused by internal network
filtering or blocking.
Some of the applications that the installer downloads were allowed some were
blocked.
Do they come from other URL?
Luckely there is an option to install from a local directory. The sys admin
downloaded the needed files with his phone as USB thetering device to a
network directory.
After that I could install the newest LTR version.
OSGeo4W is great software.
Just a messagebox that allows the installation to be interrupted would make
it greater ;-)

Hi,

i am resending this email as my previous email was too big.
I am trying to krige particle size at a given elevation for some borehole
information, see log sheet below
I have tried IDW which provide an interpolation over the defined extent.
  I would like to use kriging however, when it takes probably 20 to 30 min
to run using ordinary kriking, or a few min with simple kriging, and the
resulting interpolation in both cases are limited to approx 1000 m from the
data points.  I presume that this is due to the search radius of 1km. This
data set is only 700 points and shouldn't be that complicated to krig.  The
range of the interpolation also is out of range of the data points.  I am
not sure what I am doing wrong..

Salve, oggi stavo lavorando con un file Geopack, pipu precisamente si
generavano file da processi vettoriali, e salvavo i vari layer nel
pacchetto.
Ho iniziato a riscontrare vari errori in questo senso:
mi diceva che non trovava la colonna geometrica "geometry". Al approfondire,
mi sono reso conto che la colonna geometrica era chiamata "geom".
Dopo, mi sono reso conto che di forma predefinita,  nellinserire un layer in
un geopack, la colonna feometrica viene chiamata "GEOM".
Io non ho mai fato caso a questi nomi, cioé non credevo fosse importante il
nome vero della colonna geometrica. Ovviamnte in un DB facendo una query,
bisogna scriverlo correttamente, ma nell'uso giornaliero non mi ero mai
posto il problema. 
Fino oggi, in cui il geoprocesso GDAL DISSOLVE, dava l'errore in questo
senso.. che non eseguiva per non rovare la colonna geomerica chiamata
"GEOMETRY".
Chiedo a voi, vi eravate giá accorti? Sto sbgliando teoricamene io
l'approccio, o sono dei bug? Del pachett geopack o del processo GDAL?

[Qgis-user] Display Point with Show Labels

Hi QGIS,

I have been researching for two days now and not sure if this achievable, but 
is it possible to only show points for the corresponding labels that are 
showing?  I have a rule based labeling structure for a layer.  I want to only 
show points for those labels showing.  I found this post from two years ago: 
https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/217067/showing-only-point-markers-when-labels-are-shown-in-qgis
 suggesting it was not possible.  I was hoping this was may have been addressed 
in QGIS 3.0 or perhaps this is some programmatic solution I am missing.  
Attached is screen shot of the issue.  Too many points for the labels.

[Qgis-user] QGIS Server on IIS

Are there any directions out there on setting up QGIS Server (2 or 3) on
IIS? I have QGIS Server LTR working on Apache but would like to using the
IIS that come standard with 2012R2.
I have not been able to get QGIS Server 3 working, on IIS or Apache. If
anyone knows of some good documentation on setting up QGIS Server 3, or a
web lesson, please let me know.

Thanks for the help,
at work I develop some map canvas for the other users on the company,
in those maps, there are some labels that need to be edited in each map.

for now, the users select that label, go to properties and edit the content text

with the HTML, I would like that the user could edit the label directly 
clicking on it,
it would be faster and intuitive

I am not 100% sure - but the HTML frame in the QGIS print composer is not for 
interactive HTML. Yes - you can have an onload javascript (e.g. to create HTML 
content) - but it is not meant to be a full browser, but to print out existing 
or generated HTML content.

It is not meant to be interactive, e.g. with forms and such.

What are you trying to achieve? What is your use case with this form content in 
QGIS print composer?

necessaria la compilazione visto che le UI sono compilate al volo e le
immagini delle icone referenziate direttametne (cioe' non serve piu' fare y
resource_rc)

tradotto... il codice prodotto dal plugin buiklder  gia' dovrebbe funzionare

Buongiorno a tutti sto cercando di creare un plugin per QGis, purtroppo però 
con scarsi risultati. Permetto che è la mia prima volta e per ora ho solo 
conoscenze su Python. Sto utilizzando il "plugin builder" e con la versione 
3.2.1 riesco a compilare il plugin usando pb_tool deploy, ma mi blocco nella 
stesura dello script; invece nelle versioni 2.x di QGis non riesco nemmeno a 
completare la compilazione. 

Accetto qualsiasi consiglio sulla creazione di un plugin, sono bloccata

Io uso il bz2 che scompattato contiene un .osm (che a sua volta importo in
postgis con osm2pgsql). Gli shp per esperienza sono fortemente epurati di
informazioni, vanno molto bene per fare piccole cose ma se vi servono info
più complesse (tipo autore della geometria, oppure se ci sono più di una
ref sulla stessa geometria vedi sentieri di lunga percorrenza o percorsi
ciclabili) non le troverete. Molte volte le aree di geofabrik non sono
ottimali per cui vi consiglio anche questo sito https://extract.bbbike.org/
dove potete dare voi l'area che scaricate.

The closest you can get using a single table is using array typed
fields, but beware of editing data, nothing will prevent you from
corrupting the data and having geometry and attributes out of sync.

Other approaches are having a separate point layer with the vertices
duplicated or a linear referencing table.
