Questa problematica persiste da parecchi giorni, ho risolto su OSGEO 
WIN7 creando il file mancante da uno degli *.env presenti nella 
directory bin modificando al suo interno le occorrenze di qgis (3 per 
l'esattezza) in qgis-dev.

oggi ho cercato di aggiornare la famiglia qgis su due pc windows, uno 8 e uno
10, ed ottengo alla fine sempre lo stesso errore.
premetto che tengo installati e aggiorno solo qgis dev e qgis ltr dev.

Come ho scritto nel primo messaggio, avendo pochi poligoni, la soluzione
becera è stata tagliare e incollare i poligoni piccoli che così, essendo gli
ultimi ad essere inseriti, saranno appunto gli ultimi ad essere disegnati.
La mia domanda partiva dall'osservazione che un problema così non poteva
essere risolto in maniera tanto rudimentale.
E infatti, le vostre soluzioni sono ottime.

Salve a tutti,
ho installato QGIS 3.6 sotto Windows 10 tramite Osgeo4w 64 bit.

C'è installato SAGA 2.1.2-2

Nelle impostazioni generali ho Saga attivato  ma nel menù di processing non
appare nessun menù saga o algoritmo.

Qualche indizio per capire se si tratta di un bug?

Ciao,
mi chiedo se con qgis e possibile "ristrutturare" un vettore
tipo geojson (nel mio caso un percorso di treck) assegnandoli
un punto di inizio e fine percorrenza (che corrispondono ai punti di inizio
e fine editazione).
Il mio percorso deriva da unione di più segmenti e dovendo realizzare grafo
altimetria
corretto serve assegnare punto di inizio e fine.

I don't know whether I get exakt what you mean. You might be looking for a 
world file (file extension .pgw in conjunction with .png). You can create it by 
yourself, if you know some things about the png, see

[Qgis-user] uploading a png basemap

Hi

I'm using the lastest version of QGIS and I've been trying to upload a 
.png version of a basemap, which uploads but is not visible. When 
uploading the coordinate reference system selector box pops up and I 
choose OSGB 1936 / British National Grid.


I've asked the map provider for a .vml version (which when combined with 
the .png worked a treat in past versions of QGIS) but they haven't sent 
it and haven't replied.


Can someone advise whether I should be able to see the .png version and 
that I'm doing something wrong or whether a .vml version of a basemap is 
essential?

 aggiungo una piccola nota:

nell'esempio di sopra dovevo scrivere area al posto di volume, inoltre area
sarebbe un campo da popolare con l'area dei poligoni.

Per evitare tutto cio' basterebbe usare questa:

ogr2ogr -sql "SELECT * FROM origin order by OGR_GEOM_AREA DESC" out.shp
origin.shp

mind it’s a simple raster calculator exercise, assuming the “Burn raster” has 
the same resolution and pixel/grid alignment as the DEM.
I would suggest, as you have the new elevations (Burn Raster), that you create 
a depth/difference raster based on the “Burn raster” by first subtracting the 
DEM from it.
This should then give you an elevation change raster, which you should be able 
to add to the DEM.
The QGIS Raster Calculator can be used for this, you can also use the 
Processing toolbox to carry out the steps one after the other without 
generating the intermediate datasets.

pseudo-code: if dike-dem is_not "no_data" |> use dike-dem; else use 
original-DEM.

Here is a screen shot of the two rasters.

non serve creare nessun layer nuovo, tsi può fare tutto tramite gli stili:

Layer Rendering -> Control feature rendering order

clicca sul pulsante e ordina con l'espressione $area in modo decrescente

p.s. puoi inserire quante righe di ordinamento vuoi (geometriche e non)

oppure altra soluzione usando il plugin MMQGIS 
modify| sort

qui però devi prima creare un campo area e lo popoli con $area e poi, con il
plugin, ordini secondo il campo appena creato.

[QGIS-it-user] [help] ordine di visualizzazione degli elementi di un dataset

ciao a tutt@, mi sono imbattutto in una richiesta ieri cui ho risposto in
maniera per nulla elegante ma addirittura laborioso.

ho uno shapefile poligonale nel quale ci sono alcuni poligoni interni a
poligoni più grandi e mi dicono sia giusto così.
dovendolo distribuire vorrei che i piccoli fossero disegnati per ultimi così
da essere "sopra" quelli grandi e non essere "nascosti"
vero è che poi uno lo tematizza ma come primo impatto vorrei si vedessero.
come si può definire l'ordine di disegno?

ho risolto in maniera becera.
cancellati i poligoni più piccoli e re-incollati.
in questa maniera, l'ultimo inserito è l'ultimo ad essere
visualizzato/disegnato...

dove posso trovare il "gid" dell'elemento sì da cambiarlo in modo da dare il
valore più alto agli elementi da visualizzare per ultimi.
