decimali?

Googmornig,
I have a problem in the section graduate( symbology--->graduate).
I want to scaling data from 0 to 0.9 in ten step, but when i put in the
cases a range from 0.0 to 0.1 (or 0.1 to 0.2 etc) the system transforms
the range from 0 to 1.00 (or 1.00 to 2.00).
I have rinstalled the program and now i have the 3.10 , but I have the
same problem . I have also tested my shape file in an another computer and
the approximation works.
How it is possible?? What could be the problem?

Yep! It was where I was storing the file. The Training Manual instructions

Re: [Qgis-user] Inflection point of a terrain

Dear Patrick,

If you have Qgis with GRASS you can use r.geomorphon.

https://grass.osgeo.org/grass76/manuals/addons/r.geomorphon.html

I just ran a test in a DEM in QGIS 3.10 and GRASS 7.6 and it worked
perfectly.

The image presents the geomorphons estimated:

source: grass 7.6 manual.

The resulting maps looks like this:

Hope this helps.

Jonathan.

Does anyone has an idea?

Dear all,

I would like to use OSGeo Shell for the resampling of a list of
rasterfiles.

The files are in tiff-format and I want to use a resampling method
with a gauss filter.

I would like to have a batch file with multiple lines where the first
one looks somehow like this:

gdalwarp r-cubic of GTiff input.file output.file

This would work, but I would like to enhance the cubic filtering with
an information to steer the

radius of filtering like GRA_Gauss = 7.

Kind regards

0.1 a 0.2 me lo trasforma in 1.000 a 2.000

[Qgis-user] Inflection point of a terrain

2019-10-31 Per discussione Patrick Marx
Hi all, I would like to find the contour line in a dem at the inflection point
of the slope. I mean, I would like to know at which height the terrain is
changing from convex to concave. I found plugins which calculate if a specific
cell is convex or concave in relation to its neighbours in a 3 x 3 raster. But
I would like to know it for a specific terrain.Does anyone has an idea?Regards

[Qgis-user] problem with the approximation of data

2019-10-31 Per discussione Anita Sblano
Googmornig,
I have a problem in the section graduate( symbology--->graduate).
Thanks a lot for your help.

Re: [Qgis-user] Problems using QGIS 3.8 with the 3.4 Training Manual

2019-10-31 Per discussione Matthias Kuhn

Hi Alexandre, Ken,

I would like to second this opinion and first thank you very much for
bringing this subject up.

If you are fine with it, please follow Alexandre Neto's approach and add
new issues (one per issue you encounter) here:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/issues

There we can help you (figure out what's wrong) and update the
documentation for everyone else too.

Thanks again

Matthias

Hi Ken,

It can be any of the three problems, but, since you are following
orders, let's assume that it's not your error.

I would start guessing that the documentation may be outdated. And it
may not be a question of 3.4 vs 3.8, but really outdated information
even for 3.4.

This being said, can I ask you to open qgis-documentation bug tickets,
whenever you find problems in the documentation?

Thanks,

Alexandre Neto

Hi,

I remember having this problem if I typed the shapefile name
directly in the textbox, without clicking on the Browse button to
select a location for the file.

Hope this helps,

Hi Ken,

Where are you storing the new layer? Maybe you are not selecting
a folder where you can write the new shapefile (that's why you
get the permission denied error). Can you confirm the location of
the new shapefile?

After years of using ARCGIS, I’m using the training manual to
become acquainted with QGIS. I’ve downloaded 3.8, and worked
through the first 100 pages with no problem. While some of the
3.8 dialog boxes don’t look like the training manual I’ve been
able to see the required buttons, drop downs, etc. But on
others, I’ve hit some deadends.

For example, on page 105 when it try to create a dynamic map
canvas, in 5.2.1.5, when I go to the Item /Properties Panel/,
there is no /Position and Size/ section showing.

Another example: On p. 114 in ‘Creating a New Vector Dataset’,
when I try to save the dataset, I get an error message:

‘Layer creation failed: Failed to create file
created_shapefile.shp: Permission denied.

In both examples, I’ve tried several times, following the
instructions, only to get the same result.

So, questions:

Is 3.8 that different from 3.4?

Am I running into bugs in the software or the documentation? (It
could be user error, but I’m painstakingly following the
instructions.)

Should I scrap 3.8 and go with 3.4 instead?

TIA,

Ken McCall

Re: [QGIS-it-user] QGIS, DB MANAGER & GEOPACKAGE - CREAZIONE DI TABELLE "INVISIBILI"(?)

2019-10-31 Per discussione matteo
Ciao Francesco,

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/26804

A presto

Ciao
funzioneST_setsrid(geom, integer)
