Hi,

After you project your data into the correct EPSG, you can use the add
geometry attributes processing algorithm to create two new columns for X
and Y.

Basically the same operation described by kirk, but maybe a bit more
straight forward.

innanzitutto grazie per l'interessamento

Sicuramente mi sono spiegato male 

Quello che voglio fare è replicare la "seleziona elementi con espressione"
all'interno di un graphical modeler con la possibilità di scegliere da un
menù a tendina il nome della provincia che deve poi andare nell'espressione
di selezione.

Se capisco  bene la tua richiesta, credo che per soddisfarla, operando in
QGIS, sia sufficiente utilizzare il comando "seleziona elementi con
espressione" (quello indicato con una epsilon). Una volta che li hai
selezionati, se li vuoi come lista, puoi esportare la selezione in un nuovo
file, anche come semplice tabella (non necessariamente con le
rappresentazioni geografiche). Per quel che riguarda la scelta del nome
della provincia, una volta scelto questo attributo come elemento per la
selezione, puoi selezionare quello che desideri utilizzando il pulsante
"Tutti i valori univoci". Oppure puoi crearti delle view utilizzando il DB
Manager, sempre all'interno di QGIS, ma mi sembra un po' più complicato del
sistema precedente.
Spero di aver interpretato correttamente la tua richiesta.

[Qgis-user] Training Manual Map Updates

Hi,
Im working my way through the excellent Training Manual but only to 
Intermediate level and not always leaving my BaseMap in the 'correct' 
development. I have reached Section 4.1.5 Customising a Legend. My BaseMap does 
not have the Attributes refined by the previous Advance instructions.
Qu. Where do I go to get the training BaseMap, updated to each Training Manual 
Module? So I can start this new module with a map having the 'correct' 
attributes.

sto cercando di impostare un modello in cui selezionare da una lista un
valoe che diventa il parametro di una query di selezione

In sostanza ho il file dei comuni (con la pv di appartenenza) vorrei poter
selezionare da una lista il nome di una provincia in modo che il modello mi
ritorni l'elenco dei comuni che appartengono a quella provincia
