Hi,
If you can still get access to the Plugins menu, then enable the Processing
plugin there. And it should be done. All the missing matters are provided
through the Core Processing plugin.

[Qgis-user] Missing menu items in 3.22

I'm on QGIS 3.22 from the qgis.org/ubuntu repo running on Linux Mint 20.2.
I didn't take any special action to get on 3.22, I just clicked "Install
Updates" in the update manager. My Vector menu does not have any items in
it and I no longer have a Processing menu nor do I see an option to show
the Processing panel. And my Raster menu only has three items in it. Is
there a menu reorganization that I'm not seeing? Or did I
inadvertently upgrade too soon?

[QGIS-it-user] Supporto tecnico

Ciao, vi contatto perché avrei bisogno di supporto tecnico: devo consegnare
un progetto georeferenziato per il Ministero della transizione ecologica.
Ho scaricato il file dell'area di interesse, in dxf, dal sito della regione
Abruzzo. Ho importato in file in QGIS ed impostato l'SR in Monte Mario,
quando però sovrappongo il layer di OpenStreetmap mi ritrovo da tutt'altra
parte e QGIS mi segnala che ha adottato lui un SR approssimato. Come posso
risolvere il problema? Premetto che è la mia prima esperienza con QGIS, ho
guardato qualche tutorial ma nessuno sembra risolvere il mio problema.
Attendo riscontro, grazie.

I think it has issues with nested elements but I haven't gotten around to
testing it further.

grazie per i test.

Sì, ho installato SAGA GIS 7.8.2 e funziona bene sia nella 3.22 che nella
master.

Osservazione:
uso le tre versioni (LTR, versione corrente e master) da molti anni e non
ho mai avuto problemi, dopo questo aggiornamento (dove leggo che i provider
non nativi sono stati spostati e vale solo per >3.22) ho questo problema
con SAGA.
Anche creando un nuovo profilo, nella 3.16.12 compare subito il messaggio
di errore allegato.
Come mai non ho nessun problema con la 3.22 e la master ma solo con la
3.16.12? è abbastanza ovvio che in questo aggiornamento è cambiato qualcosa.

QGIS 3.16.12  da OSGeo4W v2, che versione di SAGA GIS utilizza?

does anybody can give me are starting point how to place the parameters 
inside the SVG xml  that they are usable with dynamic SVG Feature coming 
up with QGIS 3.18
