Solo a segnalare che il caricamento del layer testuale del file da me
convertito, è avvenuta tranquillamente, mentre per il resto, per l'uso
degli strumenti interpolazione e rilievo, ho deciso di migliorare il mio
hardware, perchè ho visto che per file di grosse dimensioni, almeno per
me (1,4 GB), il mio pc ci mette una vita (elaboro con scheda grafica
integrata nel processore, AMD APU quad-core 3,7 Ghz, 8 GB di ram), circa
25 minuti solo per caricare il layer testuale.

Quindi vi saprò dire più avanti che risultati ottengo, intanto grazie
ancora a tutti.

Io recentemente sto usando con soddisfazione OSMand Telegram, che 
permette di condividere e seguire la posizione di contatti in Telegram 
in modo semplice e (per me) efficace:

[QGIS-it-user] QGIS e posizione cellulare in tempo reale

Salve, mi sono appena imbattuto in una situazione per cui dovevo conoscere la
posizione di colleghi che stavano lavorando in campo, in tempo reale, per
poter dare appoggio logistico. Tutto si é risolto. Ma mi é sorta una
curiositá: esist la possibilitá di collegare un cellulare in campo, mediante
la rete internet 3g o 4g, e vedere la posizione in tempo reale nel canvas?

[QGIS-it-user] Plugin corrotto

classification plugin.

Una volta installato, compare un messaggio di QGIS che dice che il plugin
installato è corrotto.

Ho provato ad installare nuovamente sia il plugin sia QGIS, ma non ho
trovato una soluzione.

Qualcuno ha avuto mai lo stesso problema?

This is probably not the answer that you want, but William’s plugin has some 
nice instructions on how to make it work.

Grab the plugin from here http://www.kyngchaos.com/software/frameworks/ 
 and work through the readme.
The worst bit is probably trying to get the ESRI website to cough up the 
download (Maybe here: 
https://download.hexagongeospatial.com/downloads/ecw/erdas-ecw-jp2-sdk-v5-4-macosx?result=true
 
).

You could do the color by a "categorized" symbol (as usual) and the size 
based on a "data driven override" with an expression calculating your 
attribute values to symbol sizes.
