[Qgis-user] Coding Problems Error in processing enable. Windows 8.1

2016-03-04 Thread Luís Miguel Royo Pérez

Hello list,

I have a problem with Unicode encoding. My problem is this:

Windows 8.1 during the installation decided include a special spanish
character in my user folder. I'm affraid this is provoquing errors and a
bad behaviour of QGIS, for instance the "Processing" plugin throws me
this error when I try to enable it/:

"//UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xed in
position 11: ordinal not in range(128)"//.

/How can I solve this? Is there any way to let QGIS recognize this
special characters? Should I change folders and some path in QGIS
installation?/

/Any ideas?/
/
Thanks you!!/

[Qgis-user] GRASS7 algorithms not working

2015-07-15 Thread Luís Miguel Royo Pérez

Hi everyone,

I have a problem, when I updated from QGIS 2.8 to the new 2.10 version,
the algorithms of GRASS7 in the processor are not working anymore. The
message says The depency is not satisfied. I have uninstalled and
installed again QGIS but with no results, and of course I have installed
and I have working GRASS7.

I'm using Ubuntu Mate 14.04.

Anyone has some idea?

Thanks!!!

[Qgis-user] R algortihms do not work in Geoprocessing

2015-07-07 Thread Luís Miguel Royo Pérez

Hello everyone,

I have problems to work with the R algortihms in QGIS. I'm using Windows
8.1, Rx64 3.2.1 and QGIS 2.10.0. I have set the path correctly in R
options in the providers window, but when I try to run any R algorithm
this is what I get.

'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xed' in position 11: ordinal not
in range(128) See log for more details

The log do not show useful info. Can anyone adress me in order to make
these algorithms work properly?

Thank you!!

Re: [Qgis-user] Heatmap invbisible

2015-04-27 Thread Luís Miguel Royo Pérez

Hi,

I think the layer has an incorrect SRC, so to correct it you can use
the tool warp form GDAL algorithms and fix it. Note that apparently
the SRC is ok. But if you reproject to the _/same SRC/_, the layer will
place in the correct position.

Hope it helps!!

Re: [Qgis-user] Raster to polygon conversion !

2015-01-21 Thread Luís Miguel Royo Pérez

Hi Akalya,

maybe that's happening because you're raster file has a lot of different
values. Try to reclasiffy your raster in order to homogenize them.

If still happens, a workaround could be dissolve all the polygons with
the same value.

Cheers!
