[Qgis-user] Can't install Qgis 3.20

When I try to install Qgis3.20 msi  , a message says : the cabinet file
'application.cab' required for this installationn is corrupt and cannot be
used . This could indicate a network error ,an error reading from the
CD-ROM ,or a problem with this package.

The elevation taken in the field with gps garmin64 is 623 m but the one
given by SRTM download from Qgis is 612m.
How can I interprete this gap knowing that SRTM resolution is 30 meters.
