[Qgis-user] Error inserting a shapefile in qgis Add PostGIS layer
Hello everyone, I am trying to insert a shapefile using the icon Add PostGIS layer, and when I choose the layer that I want, it opens perfectly without giving any error. If then I save the project Qgis and exit, and then try to open the same project, this error message appears: 2 cursor states lost. SQL: CLOSE qgisf12 Result: 7 (ERROR: cursor qgisf12 does not exist ) This file comes from CAOP 2010 (Portugal), when it was introduced in DB pgAdmin III did not give any error. [Qgis-user] Raster - Warp
Hello everyone, I used the tool gdal: Raster - Warp - to send a raster image (. TIF) with the coordinates EPSG: 27492 EPSG for coordinates: 20 790. What did perfectly, but the question I ask is this: There is no set file types:. Tfw; wld, etc..? Is there any other function that does that? This image, which project had the coordinates EPSG: 27 492, with the same name had a file with the extension. Tfw, When the reprojected image. Tif for the EPSG coordinate: 20 790 there has been no change in that file. I know that if the image was georeferenced, a file was created with the new coordinates and with the extensions. When opening the Qgis the first thing i do is insert a shapefile (County) with the coordinates: + Proj = tmerc lat_0 = + + lon_0 =- 39.66 8.1319062 + k = 1 + x_0 = 200180.598 + y_0 = 299913.01 + ellps = intl + units = m + no_defs (ESRI), which are the coordinates of IGEO (ESRI) After I insert in the shapefile Qgis I want to pass the coordinates of IGEO (ESRI), and use as reference the coordinates of the previous theme (county) Put the subject in editing and use the plugin Affine (rotation, translation, scale? Choose the option Whole layer Translation x: 200 000 - Translation y: 300 000 Run Then do a save as I give a name to shapefile The encoding is: ISO8859-1 CRS: I say it is equal to the shapefile used as reference (county) OK Menu 'Vector' Data Management Tools - Export to new projection And I choose the coordinates of the subject county, burn to a folder, but when I try to open the shapefile in ArcMap 9.2 this message appears: (Geographic Coordinate warning systems): International 1909 (Hayford) What am I doing wrong? This was only discovered today, there was some change in Qgis causing this message? Since last week, I used the same procedures for other shapes, which were opened in ArcMap 9.2 and did not show any such message. [Qgis-user] Send shapefile to google earth

[Qgis-user] Qgis error open program
Hello everyone, I have version 1.5.0 Qgis - 82 trunk, installed on my PC with OS Windows XP SP2, downloaded the OSGeo site and installed the version 1.5.0 - 101 and trying to open the program gives an error, sending attached file (image). Today I downloaded version 1.5.0 - 102 and still giving the error and can not open the program. I thank all the help. Hello everyone, I am trying to export a map to the mapserver and I'm using qgis trunk. After doing OK, it creates a file named toponimia.map. Then I try to view the map via browser and I see a blank page, while in gvSIG 1.1.2 version, the map appears via browser. What remains to be done to be able to view the map via browser window, where I can see the files: symbols.txt and fonts.txt QGis is supposed to create. [Qgis-user] ortos aparecem nas coordenadas negativas
Olá a todos, tenho uns ortofotomapas que foram georeferenciados nas coordenadas positivas (datum_73_Hayford_Gauss_IGeoE) com o programa gvSIG 1.9 versão estável, mas quando abro os mesmos ortos no Quantum Gis MIMAS, aparecen-me sempre nas coordenadas negativas. Alguem me sabe dizer, se existe algum plugin para que os ortos apareçam nas coordenadas positivas no Qgis? [Qgis-user] Tema annotation
Olá a todos. Alguém sabe como inserir texto no Qgis 1.3 MIMAS, como se fosse um tema annotation da esri ? Em autocad map 3d, eu exportei um tema de texto. O que acontece é que ao fazer um add vector layer no Qgis o tema aparece como pontos. Eu acedo ao menu Properties do layer, eu escolho labels, placement, e o texto aparece sempre na horizontal. Existe alguma ferramenta ou plugin para colocar o texto automaticamente, com a mesma orientação que as ruas? Muito obrigado pela ajuda Orlando Bernardo Hello everyone.
