Figured I would give this another shot as there must be someone out 
there familiar with QGIS Form Annotations and why such would not show up 
in Print Composer

Hi all,

Having an issue with form annotations made with QT Designer showing up in
QGIS Print Composer. Frame and content data show fine on main QGIS screen,
but not in Print Composer; content is blank..
