In 2.4 no, but if you download tomorrow's development snapshot, then yes! [1]

I'm wondering if I can change the colour of the font for the table that I
have added to my composer layout.  I can change the size and the font type
for both the Header font and the Content font, but I can't see where I can
change the colour of either of these.

Is it possible?
