Related to the following bug (https://issues.qgis.org/issues/16967). I've had a similar error with QGIS version 3.28.4 LTR.
First, I select values: [image: image.png] Second, I ask for the information without making the commit and preserve the values: [image: image.png] If I save the edit, it loses the last value. [image: image.png]
