Which is using the GDAL 3 nightly, which in turn requires PROJ >=6 (which is
provided by the proj nightly of 7 in osgeo4w).   PROJ 6 and GDAL 3 are however
not yet supported by GRASS (see https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/pull/136),
therefore the "regular" GDAL is still 2…
