What exactly did you georeference? A scan? Or actual vectordata?

Because in the 'scan' case you cannot actually export the 'data' to a 
shapefile, as a scan is rasterdata and a shape file is vector data. 
(read/google about it in the docs).

In the case you georeferenced vector data, Andrea's answer is correct.

Hi abdul nasir Hafiz,
just right-click on the layer in the Layers panel  and select 
"Export"->"Save Features As..." from the layer contextual menu.
