Can you send it to me please Tim.

Obviously, as yet we can't release it, but should permission be forthcoming
at some point it would be handy to have it ready.

Anyway, I refer to the book quite often, so would be useful for my own use.
I'm getting increasingly used to the convenience of eBooks as reference
guides.

Hi, I'm Jan Jones. Welcome to my website.
I am, first and foremost, a writer of romance. I believe that everybody, no
matter how stressful their life, is entitled to at least one happy ending.

She has apparently written quite a number of books since writing QL SuperBASIC

[Ql-Users] SMSQ/E: QLOAD

2012-03-31 Thread Ralf Reköndt
The original QLOAD extension from Liberation Software gave strings like
"x Extension missing", if used extensions were not loaded before loading
a QSAVEd program.

The rewritten version of QLOAD in SMSQ/E does not do this. Does anbody know,
why Tony has ommitted this?

[Ql-Users] Raspberry Pi

2012-03-31 Thread Tony Firshman
The first 10,000 have arrived in the UK but are now being held up as RS
and Farnell are demanding a formal CE test, rather than the usual self
certification.

This might be a problem, as they are uncased and are bound to produce EMI.
In the USA the FCC allow manufacturers to bypass this by labelling:
"This product may cause interference".

I wonder how mobile phones get around this - we have all heard the
interference they cause!

The QL black box was absolutely awful, both for interference, and also
susceptibility to interference. That directly spawned my "Computer
Cleaner".
