I'd like to give a try with reworked uQLX sources if available.

Tobias has done a great job. I can confirm that uqlx is working on the
 RPi. I ran Dilwyn's Unzip541_bas
program and could use resulting unzip executable.

I'm sure Tobias won't mind (at least, I hope not!) but uqlx is

  I'm very sure he doesn't ;)
A few of us who mentioned having/getting a Pi on this list, have

Right. If anyone else wants to have a go, give me a shout, please.

Yep. I want to make sure it's at least usable ;)

Sure will. I'm just waiting whether anything significant comes up and
needs fixing.

BTW: Is Richard Zidlicky (The original author) still on the list? I
would like to ask his permission (or, at least, non-objection) to put up
the sources to Google Code (They are no longer available from
SourceForge).

[Ql-Users] RaspberryPi emulation

2012-08-01 Thread Dilwyn Jones
I’m not sure if this has been mentioned here before, so sorry if it is
duplication.

I happened to see on Computeractive’s website a little review and link to
download a RaspberryPi emulator for Windows desktop:

url:http://www.computeractive.co.uk/ca/download-review/2193699/download-raspberry-pi-emulation-for-windows

While an emulator of the cheap little RPi might seem overkill, it might be of
interest to someone wanting to learn about the system, or possibly even to help
anyone trying to port uQLx to RPi for example.
