Yes, for QLib put an "!" behind the keyword (which of coure is found in the Nametable after LRESPRing) and it behaves like EW (as far as I remember) otherwise as EX. QLib itself can be LRESPRed and there is a new keyword in the Nametable ("QLIB", I think, and parameter can be passed to it).
