Re: Sublist (Was: Virus-infected listmembers)
It is sad that some punk claiming he is 1337 because of the OS, app or my gawd, MUA that he uses. I take magnets, move them around my hard drive and manipulate data that way. Sometimes when I have a monitor, I type everything in binary. :) I use OE simply because I manage many many anonymous and not so anonymous Hotmail accounts (like the one I am typing from). Free e-mail is so great none of my personal and spam e-mail does not go to my work or domain e-mail. Having OE to organize and access all 7 Hotmail accounts in one setting without cluttering my work and personal e-mail accounts is a little slice of heaven. Don't quite seeing pico, mutt, kmail, evolution doing that anytime soon (doesn't have to be Hotmail but something anonymous). What is so sad... Re: OK I give up!!!
Is that I run RH because I know every little step and package to install/un- for security and whatnot. I always wonder how much easier would my life be with OpenBSD :) Let me know when DPT Ultra160 Raid Cards work with *BSD. Re: qmail speed solaris
I heard that the 15k rpm drives from Seagate have a difficult time under some RAID cards? Is this still true? Re: Newbie... couple of basic questions...
At least I am on the right track. I searched Bookpool.com (cheaper than amazon and this Bookpool won't try to copyright html :) and this was the only book about qmail so like a fish drinking water, I bought the book a couple day ago. Newbie... couple of basic questions...
I am a newbie sysadmin who has just setup his very first e-mail server running RH 7.0 with OpenSSH, qmail and qmail-pop3d (utilizing maildir's). I been having problems with sending out e-mail (i.e. not at all) so my question would be: besides qmail.org and 'life with qmail', can anyone recommend any good sources on installing, maintaining and tweaking qmail. Thanks in advance... Joe Louthan [EMAIL PROTECTED]
