Hi,

the -f flag is equiv. to from, read the qmail-inject docs.You can
replace the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with [EMAIL PROTECTED]

the [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the recipient of all junk emails. You have
to create this account (either alias or not). However, the junk account
must _not_ use the checkhab script. otherwise your email will just be
bouncing
around.
