Here's a quick patch to 1.0.20 that will hide the mailing list links on the main menu if you configure with --disable-ezmlmdir or --enable-ezmlmdir=no. I know this can be done by setting the MaxMailingLists to 0 in the vlimits junk, but i wanted some way to do it across _all_ domains.
