After insatalling spamdyke there are two run files in /var/qmail/supervise/smtp : run.dist and run.spamdyke . Set a symlink from run.dist to run and restart qmail. You can use tarpitting which works very fine. For some reason the patch is not working. Please ask Bill Schupp for reaktivating.
