A lot of these blacklist sites want to make sure you've corrected the 
problem, that is, how you got on the blacklist in the first place before 
you're delisted. I'd be very concerned with how my server got on the 
blacklist.

So, your domain is blacklisted?! Is that correct?!

Because it is blacklisted no one will accept
mail from your server nor will they send mail
to your server?!
