If you are using virtual domain that will happen the different domain between sending smtp domain and resolving domain. only happen you are using virtual domain. I checked modified.
/var/qmail/alias/.qmail- is working.
But /home/vpopmail/domains/sub.domain/.qmail- is not working yet.

Hi, I am going try to test on CentOS 5.10 64bit version with OpenSSL-0.9.8y and MySQL-5.5.23. I guess that is working including ezmlm,ezmlm-idx with MySQL.
