[qmailtoaster] Clarification with tcp.smtp entry

2009-01-08 Thread senthil vel
Dear List,

In my newly installed qmailtoaster box, i found a parameter
NOP0FCHECK=1 In both the lines of /etc/tcprules.d/tcp.smtp. What
does it mean?

In the http://wiki.qmailtoaster.com/index.php/Tcp.smtp page also i
cant get the exact meaning. Someone plz help me to understand
'NOP0FCHECK=1'

Thanks and Regards,
S.Senthilvel,

The new version of simscan can use P0F identification daemons - Erik is
not going to include that functionality in Qmailtoaster so the
NOP0FCHECK parameter lets simscan know to not look for the P0F
fingerprinting daemon (otherwise the SMTP transaction would hang).
