[qmailtoaster] Control Sending externally

Hi all,

How can I control which user can send external mail, and some users stays 
internal only? Seems like eMPF policy cannot functions anymore.

I don't know off hand. You'll have to learn more about README.qregex. See
/var/qmail/doc/README.qregex. I think that badmailfromnorelay may be what
you want.
