The main dir starting with the account IE dmilholen has 700 the Maildir has 711 and the .Trash has 711 for permissions. I did not touch any of these or make changes to these. Fixed.. Not sure if I went about this the right way or not but I located a few offending files in the .Trash folder that were reporting larger than they actually were. I had to remove the cur directory from the .Trash folder and replace it. All is good again.
