I don't envy your delemma. My bladder only holds 100cc too, I have a supra pubic catheter. My urethra was stretched where I could not keep a catheter in, my urologist packed my urethra with collagen first time then 2nd time with a new material & I haven't had any leaking. The supra catheter does good. I had a class 4 pressure ulcer on my Left Gluteal fold at the time & had to do something to keep me dry. My sore has completely healed!
