I've seen it happen after batteries were changed by non certified tech who was in a hurry and did not double check their work. Loose cables don't issue or generate an systems error codes. Just turned off. Tried turning on/off, checking wires, nothing. At least it was at home. Only once has my chair died while I was out. If you have a multi-meter, place a probe into the charge port and measure the voltage in the joystick head. You should have 25-27 volts dc. Best Wishes In a message dated 2/6/2017 7:10:31 P.M.
