Re: [QUAD-L] Chair Stopped
I've seen it happen after batteries were changed by non certified tech who was in a hurry and did not double check their work. Loose cables don't issue or generate an systems error codes. But one has to start with basic energy before going to steps 2,3, 4 , 5 and so on. Best Wishes In a message dated 2/7/2017 2:36:35 P.M. How long has it been since you got new batteries? Hope you get the problem fixed soon. Just turned off. Tried turning on/off, checking wires, nothing. At least it was at home. Only once has my chair died while I was out. Unfortunately, I wasn't all the way across the street when it died. Though fortunately my neighbor was driving by and got me out of the street. Now I hope it doesn't take weeks to fix, my backup has no batteries. Greg

If you have a multi-meter, place a probe into the charge port and measure the voltage in the joystick head. You should have 25-27 volts dc. Best Wishes In a message dated 2/6/2017 7:10:31 P.M.
