RE: [Quantum Owners] Re: Newark last week...
Stretched Limo with hydraulic dampers to get over speed bumps? Believe me, I did consider going that route a few years ago when the 'er indoors was on about getting a bigger car! Luckily both ideas fizzled out. Hi All Just let everyone know, the Coupe that was on the Newark stand for breaking is now tucked up safe in my garage. I will take some time to consider it's future. It's a toss up between 1) restoring and selling on. 2) breaking up and selling the parts. 3) turning it into a track car. Or 4) turning it into a 6 wheeler van. Your thoughts ??? Re: [Quantum Owners] QOC Website
A big thanks to those who have submitted photos for the new QOC gallery, which is now available on the club website. [Quantum Owners] Quantum 2nd hand values
There's a simple solution.. All club members (space and funds permitting) buy up all the low priced Q's for sale on internet. Then we all ask a lot more for them with the added bonus that if any do sell then we make a healthy profit! Reminds me of the housing market, which has only in the last few years crept down. Seriously though, I'm convinced there is a huge difference between cars offered cheaply for sale, and good quality members cars which are not offered for sale. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Quantum Owners Group" group. [Quantum Owners] Re: Newark last week...
Hi Eddie Looks like the 'Eddie Ruskin Quantum Rescue Centre' has another inhabitant! As for what to do with it, being an advocate of the strange and unusual, the 6 wheeler van would be a great way to go. I do, however, appreciate that your 'To Do' list is quite long at the moment! Re: [Quantum Owners] XR3 Dials
I have a feeling somebody has. If you want some XR3 dials i have a set from a XR3i with the extra warning lights. Also the wiring and the module to run the extra lights. [Quantum Owners] Re: XR3 Dials
I had the late backlit style sierra ones in the coupe for a while which went in quite easy. I had xr3 dials in the 2+2 when it was first built (back in 95) but had a mk3 escort dash in it too so doesn't really count.there was pictures on here of both mods but i think they were moved Darren On Jun 23, 9:18 pm, "Andy Cowley (Q2-379)" wrote: > I've got the tinkering bug at the minute & was wondering if anyone > fitted XR3 dials into their saloon or 2+2 as an alternative to the > standard Fiesta ones, and if so did you have any problems? > > Andy -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Quantum Owners Group" group.
