As an owner of a H4,  ch no. 6, I thought it necessary to join and 
duly paid my annual subscription, that was in 2019.
 
Since then I have been completely underwhelmed by the complete and total 
lack of any communication, in any form or media, from the owners club, nothing,

So, I do question what it does the membership get me? I did get a single 
email from the club when reminding to renew my membership and when I mentioned

QS 65, I have a huge build file and Quantum have confirmed all. Although
the car was built by the first owner and a guy who restores classic cars,
it went back to Quantum for finishing off and IVA. I have the build list
from initial kit order, it just says Pedal Box £112 so I'm unsure if it
included the Master Cylinder

Hi Karl
A photo of your pedal box with master cylinder attached would be useful. This 
is to make sure you have the zetec version with master cylinder offset more to 
the offside. I am also pretty sure my master cylinder is a different pipe 
arrangement to yours
 I will post a photo tomorrow, but note the car has ne engine in currently!!!  
As Steve rightly mentions there ate a few Sierra variants and it seems pot luck 
which you have, again I believe they are all interchangeable. I also know mine 
is a rare breed!!!

The Xtreme is a great car, I'm on my second, having had a 2l pinto and now
the v8 one.

friad I don't know yours, but someone may come along.

who did you buy it off? did they have no history to pass on.. does the log
book have previous owners names, back to the 1st, that might help some of
the more knowledgeable people on here! (as in they may know the person)

one thing to bear in mind, is that it is so easy to tweak our cars, that
owners on the way may have changed something from when it was built, so you
may just have to go on a fact finding mission. All part of the fun.

 I have just purchased an Extreme reg WJ52XZC and would like to trace its 
history. I have been told it was built by Quantum? I have some specon it 
but not all. Does anyone know the engine spec, cams etc and brake origin.

[Quantum Owners] Extreme build Carb / bonnet problem

Hello,

I am slowly building an extreme with a 1.6 Pinto (temporary engine to
get me through the test) but there is not enough room in the bay to
fit the standard air filter or any obvious alternatives

As I will be changing engine (probably for a zetec) I don't want to
cut out the bonnet and I can't see any obvious solution to fit a
filter in.

I need to gain about 40mm

I guess this is a similar problem for all pinto's and a few of you
have solved this problem before - any suggestions?
