Hi Jim.
This is a current one like the one I bought off E-bay (from this seller) in
2017 for my XR2 based 2+2. E-Bay number 113296129463.
They do seem to vary a bit across the range of Fiestas so best to check the
fitment or part number.
It's aluminium with plastic end caps. My knackered one wasn't as bad as yours,
but it turned my demister into a re-mister!
