Hi folks while I dont own an Extreme and I am not Nigel I can throw some light on where Southams is. Eleven years ago we lived in Totnes which sits between Exeter and Plymouth in the South Hams area of Devon. More interestly we (wife Diane daughter Rebecca and I) were members of The South Hams Motor club which used to run grass track events named Gymkhana's that we all competed in. So what I hear you say? Well my 4 wheel drive special that I had made broke down and I was loaned a towing A frame by the guy who was manager of Quantum! and was involved in producing Extremes, I cannot remember his name but think it was Paul and he also worked for RAC and drove a Puegeot M16 and I had trouble keeping up with in my Dolomite Sprint he lived in Salcombe. So I guess Quantums were made somewhere in the South Hams area of Devon and Totnes, Salcombe and Dartmouth. I am in Buckden, Cambridgeshire although the Xtreme and I only got there on the back of a truck last night after it let me down on the way home from work.
