[qubes-users] how to start with QubesOS

Good morning Everyone,
I am looking into the forum, and lots of online materials but I cannot find 
a manual explaining what are all virtual machines there for, how to use 
them, and basically how to start using the system (including cli).
The ones found are not structured, outdated or very technical.
Could you, please post some links to help out to start with the OS.

The link you have sent is showing how to install from a usb- drive.
If there is a way of installing the OS on a usb- drive, or what you meant 
is just to test if all is ok with the second, "test"- option there?
