Hi
My resolution is 1366x768, have changed between Laptop Screen and VGA1-2
but it is the same.

In the previous post I have made a mistake. Messages show up only when
start VM, when I connect with a VPN open nothing. (In 3.1 a time that the
connection was established, there was a message that appeared)

2)Message like (when VPN connect, when start a VM..) appear only one time,

[qubes-users] Upgrade fedora 21 to 23

2016-09-23 Thread katerimmel
Hello
After upgrading qubes 3.0 to 3.1 I needed to do the same with fedora
template. I run this command:

sudo qubes-dom0-update qubes-template-fedora-23

and this

sudo yum remove qubes-template-fedora-21

I haven't considered the others explained in the tutorial "Upgrading the
Fedora 21 Template"

Is it the same?

Hello
Ok, I have attached my usb pen to a VM, now if I want to copy some file on
this pen, where I find the device? (Usually other OS open automatically

[qubes-users] Spoof MAC address

2016-09-15 Thread katerimmel
Hello
Little issue
After running:
cd /var/run/qubes-service/
sudo touch macspoof-enp0s0
sudo touch macspoof-wlp0s1

I see the files, but when I shutdown the VM and restart there aren't more.
MAC address spoof anyway. Is it normal?

Than you

Hi Chris
Thank you for the explanation, I want to know if I can use firewall tab in
sys-net (or sys-firewall) like I have done in proxyVM because I have also
a VPN in sys-net. If it isn't possible, do I change ip tables in sys-net
while in all the other proxyVMs I use firewall tab?

Regards

[qubes-users] Firewall rules

2016-07-14 Thread katerimmel
Good day
I'm using a VPN in sys-net and would setup firewall rules to stop internet
connection if VPN crash. In sys-net isn't possible to insert ip addresses,
then I did it in sys-firewall. With some tests I saw that if VPN
disconnect suddenly, sys-net finds my wifi network and doesn't break the
connection, as I would. How can I solve this? (in the proxyVMs all work
well)

Thank you
