I recommend instead using a password manager, such as KeePassX, and
the Qubes inter-VM clipboard. This setup has worked very well for the
vast majority of Qubes users for many years, myself included.

By default, a DispVM inherits the color of the VM that created it (if
any). The color of the DispVM does not change the way it works, so the
fact that it is black instead of red should not matter (except
aesthetically).

[qubes-users] How do you work with the vault?

How do you work with the vault?

I created an index.html in the vault, it contains links with login information. 
I want to open the file in the vault with Firefox and then the links open in a 
disposable vm by default. 

In reality what happens is I click the file, it opens in dispvm and (it retains 
the black border instead of red) then I have to open up an outside line... 

I've tried
