I've installed Qubes 4rc5 and I was able to scale the display resolution using the normal system preference panel: 1) Qubes Menu > System Tools > Appearance 2) then go to the "Fonts"-Tab 3) DPI [X] Custom DPI setting: 120 (Default value is 96) You might of course also try different DPI-settings.
