Did you upgrade per https://www.whonix.org/wiki/Qubes/Install ? Note the Whonix v3 onion seems to be down right now so you might want to wait a day or two until it comes back up. My Time is aso one hour behind I am based in the UK. As far as I understand it all VM's get their time from Dom0. When I right click the clock it is greyed out.
