Simply using Rtangle("file.Rnw") gives the following error message in R-2.3.1.
It used to work fine with the earlier versions of R.
> Rtangle("qtlbim.Rnw")
Error in Rtangle("qtlbim.Rnw") : unused argument(s) ( ...)
> RtangleSetup(file="qtlbim.Rnw",output="qtlbim.R")
Writing to file qtlbim.R
Error in RtangleSetup(file = "qtlbim.Rnw", output = "qtlbim.R") :
argument "syntax" is missing, with no default
