Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to use R with the Sun Grid Engine, as opposed to using Rmpi. Our sge has a lammpi parrallel environment as well. Does anyone have a script to submit a batch R job using the SGE scheduler? Or can point me to a good tutorial?
