SDET Role

Responsibilities:

•Support Test Automation Solution Planning and Estimation. Analyze current
architecture and test platforms to formulate a vision for growth and
expansion

•Perform detailed test designs using sound software test engineering
principals in the context of test automation platforms and integration
across distributed systems

•Collaboratively elaborate requirements to enable Acceptance Test Driven
Development (ATDD) with BAs and developers

•Perform tasks required for automated test implementation including review
acceptance criteria (Gherkin scripts), create integration/regression test
scenarios, implement data management strategy, and generate required
reports.

•Improve existing test automation frameworks (i.e. make them faster, more
flexible and easier to use). Utilize parallel processing or grid systems to
speed up the tests

•Experience automating the decommission of automated tests (removing
brittle tests) and determining when not to automate

•Define and establish test metrics to measure not just product quality, but
quality of testing and feedback to engineer

•Implement all actions required to deploy an automated test solution,
including mobilization and leading the creation of the automation framework
at all layers of the application stack

•Implement End-to-End Test Automation and Tools Strategies / Roadmaps,
including performance and load testing

•Develop efficient and effective quantitative methods and guidelines in
order to continuously improve quality processes and practices across
multiple projects



Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience with Java and passion for testing

• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in one or more of the
following testing toolsets/frameworks:

• Selenium WebDriver (java)

• Cucumber JVM/Gherkin

• Selenium Grid

• Experience working in adaptive methodologies like Agile-Scrum

• Knowledge of SOA, cloud and multi-tenant architectures

• Experience in testing UI/UX best practices and 508 compliance

• Knowledge in tools such as JIRA/Confluence and Stash/Git/bitbucket

• Strong written and communication skills required

Client is looking for a Developer responsible for building Java
applications. This includes anything between complex groups of back-end

ü  Strong Performance testing lead experience and testing hands-on
experience

ü  *Load Runner Scripting with Java Protocol is a must.*

ü  JMETER

ü  Unix Shell Scripting

Performance Test Lead

   - Should have very strong performance testing lead experience and
   candidate should be able to drive independently and connect with all
   stakeholders and bring performance testing on track.
   - Should have Strong in Performance Testing Concepts and Tools such as
   HP Load Runner, JMETER
   - To work with Business Stakeholders to collect the Non Functional
   Requirements required for the Project
   - To Develop Performance Test Strategy and Scripts
   - *LoadRunner scripting experience with Java over HTTP, Java Record
   Replay, Java Vuser, JavaScript Vuser is a must.*
   - *Programming background in JAVA is  preferable.*
   - Execute the Performance Scripts and Measure Resource usage such as
   Memory, CPU Utilization
   - Strong understanding of Quality Assurance Methods and Techniques
   - Experience in QA Tools such as ALM is required
   - Plans and Conducts Test Execution; monitors results and takes
   corrective action, when necessary.

· Knowledge of Unix Scripting is must

· Knowledge of SQL is mandatory

· Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with Business analysts, Leads/Managers and to resolve
issues and risks.

· Experience of working in Agile environment
