[Radiant] Radiant 1.0.0rc3 rake production db:bootstrap

Just started a new Radiant project, Ruby 1.8.7 p352 and followed the setup 
instructions. Hit a snag when running rake production db:bootstrap gives: 

no such file to load -- active_record_extensions

Can rake receive the environment like this? Normally I would do rake 
db:bootstrap RAILS_ENV=production which works in this case.

That works, thank you. Not sure if this is a common occurrence or not. I 
can't imagine it was an issue with my environment, I created a brand new rvm 
gemset and installed the Radiant gem. Might be a bit of a turnoff for new 
comers to Radiant.
