Yes, that's the correct way to do it. It's also available as a global 
parameter allowing you to control all Handler's with just one setting.

[RADIATOR] [Radiator] SCTP Multihoming

Does Radiator support SCTP Multihoming?  The only thing I see in the
documentation regarding multihoming is is for binding across multiple
ip's.  But nothing specific for sctp multihoming.
