Hello Emad -

I will need to see a copy of your configuration file (no secrets) together 
with a trace 4 debug from Radiator and a copy of your users file. I will also 
need to know what hardware/software platform you are running on.

You should also read the radius RFC's and the Radiator reference manual, both 
included in the "doc" directory. There are example radius.cfg and users files 
in the top level of the distribution and in the "goodies" directory.

Check the logs (turn on tracing message with Trace 4)

Read the manual

Read the archives for similar configs

Check out the goodies/ directory for sample configs

There has to be a lot more detail here and evidence that you've RTFM'ed
before anyone will be much help.  If someone is installing this and has a
lot of familiarity with Perl that will help.
