Dunno if the exact same issue, but it sounds like what happened to me a couple days ago. Radio was on MySB and playing fine, selected a different stream (I think it was mms format, but not certain), no audio. I figured it was just a bad stream, selected a few others, still no audio. So then I figured MySB was was possibly going through an upgrade or something. Switched Radio to SBS, STILL NO AUDIO. Re-boot fixed it. Very nice guys! Very nice! Turning the knob now resizes the displayed album/station art in the Now Playing screen. [SlimDevices: Radio] Streaming BBC On Demand Programmes
Hi there. Sorry if there's an obvious answer to this but I haven't had any luck finding one. I've just got a Squeezebox Radio after owning a Logik internet radio for years which gave me the ability to listen to On Demand shows on BBC stations without my PC being turned on, yet I can't seem to find how to do this on the Squeezebox. (Tbh I can't even manage to do it with my PC turned on now as I can't get anything from the Apps bit other than streaming live radio). Im glad I read about price match. crutchfield has a 30 day price protection. Course its store credit. I just checked the site. My order was placed last month. So Im glad I checked before the 30 days. WSo I will use that for the battery and remote. [SlimDevices: Radio] commercials too loud
Im listening to a talk station . some of The dang commercials and stations ids are way way too loud. I hate keeping getting up and turning down the volume. Its going to give me a headache. LOL. I got my woodstove fan on so that's semi loud so I have the volume up to 64 and I'm only about 8 feet from the radio. I guess certain stations do that. It's a pity it's not available in Australia as I think it'd be popular... but I'm sure the regional manager has a much better idea than me of what sales would be like. I phoned the Pre-Sales Enquiry number a few weeks ago to ask about availability in Aus (before I found this forum) and somehow got stuck in a loop. Transferred to support who don't have availability information, who re-directed me to the Pre-Sales Enquiry number - which just went through to support again, and then around once more. I gave up and emailed support, but never received a response. That wasn't enough to deter me, though, and eBay came to my rescue.
