On your server settings on Settings->Advanced->File Types set AAC to disabled. That will force the server to do the decoding to flac. The decoding has to be done somewhere, in this instance it is probably better to do it on the server. 39588 +---+ |Filename: Screenshot 2022-12-30 13.21.26.png | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=39588| +---+ Stuart McLean expectingtofly plugins : 'bbc sounds' (https://github.com/expectingtofly/lms_bbc_sounds_plugin),' global player (uk)' (https://github.com/expectingtofly/lms_globalplayer_plugin), 'times radio' (https://github.com/expectingtofly/lms_times_radio_plugin), 'uk radio player' (https://github.com/expectingtofly/lms_ukradioplayer_plugin), 'virgin radio (uk)' (https://github.com/expectingtofly/lms_virgin_radio_plugin) and the 'radio favourites plugin' (https://github.com/expectingtofly/lms_radio_favourites_plugin) for bbc sounds help see the 'bbc sounds wiki' (https://github.com/expectingtofly/lms_bbc_sounds_plugin/wiki). expectingtofly's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=63263 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=117307 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio

Weird. > Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk For info, there is actually an aac 'hls' stream of virgin radio that is of better quality than the mp3 stream that tunein provides. It is possible to play this hls stream via the bbc Iplayer app. I've constructed the following bbc iplayer compatible url, and added that my favourites. Including the image :) Code: iplayer://live?hls=http://virginradio-uk-hls-128-stereo.akamaized.net/hls/live/2000320/virginuk_128/playlist-128000.m3u8==https://virginradio.co.uk/radioplayer/live/img/virgin-logo.png=fm/ce1/c201/09880 expectingtofly's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=63263 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=110207 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio

Re: [SlimDevices: Radio] Fixing the White Screen of Death
flo72 wrote: Hi, I have ordered the keyboard display and it arrived quickly (within Gemany). Replacement went well. The most difficult was to remove the LCD from the board (it is glued). Additionally I had to cut off a little metal pin from the frame around the display. The connection to the radio board is easy (no soldering involved). After 10 minutes I happily saw the Free your music screen and renamed the radio from Radio kaputt to Radio Weiß 2 :) Thanks again for posting, I will have an eye on broken G19 keyboards (it seems that the gamers rather destroy some of the heavily used keys than the display). Florian Great to hear it worked for you too, Florian. :D Mine also had the little metal protrusion, I just bent it back and forth a couple of times and it broke off cleanly. One other point worth mentioning, is that the company (Eisgold) only posts to within Germany, so I had to use a german mail forwarding company to forward the parcel on to me (mailboxde.com), that added 4 euros to the cost of the item. But still made it a good value fix for me. expectingtofly's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=63263 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=102052 ___ Radio mailing list Radio@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/radio
