If one performs 

Settings > Advanced > Restore Factory Settings

then one should be offered the opportunity to make a new registrtaion :)

Post a new thread message explaining that you need to reregister the
radio - someone will advise.

Hi, My squeezebox is original with logitech logo. I've just bought a
used one and don't know how to change registration to my email so that
it can connect to mysqueezebox.com in order to sync favorites ?

There are 2 types of squeezebox radio.

Original - has the Logitech logo (small) located below the screen

Smart - this has the letters UE below the screen

Which do you have?

Thanks for fast response, I am using a genuine squeezebox radio and
wonder do I need to upgrade software ? If so how to upgrade? Does new
software can load stations with  https  URL ? Thanks

If you are using a genuine Squeezebox Radio then it is not 100%
essential to run a local Squeezebox Server (LMS).
You can can use https://mysqueezebox.com - which is a special version of
LMS that is run by Logitech in "the cloud".

Note - however, it might not be run by them for ever and running a local
LMS brings other benefits.
One important one being that some internet radio stations require the
use of https protocol or hls protocol ... and that will not work when
using only mysqueezebox.com

Why I need squeeze box server installed in my PC ?
Is the squeeze box radio can connect to server in my PC ?

I just need to listen to tunein radio. Can I search
and enter tunein station at the box ?
