Hey Leah,

I’ve used sticker mule for buttons and stickers and keychains. I see they make
pins, too.

I sign up and wait for a deal. Every week or so they’ll do promotional 50
stickers for $29, etc. I’m happy with their work.

Good luck!

Best,

[RBW] Where to get pins made for my Rivendell Ride?

2022-08-06 Thread Bicycle Belle Ding Ding!
Hi all,

I think there are makers on this forum who are artistic and talented and
can design pins to commemorate a ride. I’m thinking of a nice pin and not a
cheap button. We have a Rivendell Ride coming up just in time for fall
colors in October and I wanted a pin (I’m kind of over patches since they
are too permanent for my liking) to celebrate it.

Anyone know of anyone?

Thanks,
Leah

[RBW] FS 56 Toyo Atlantis and a few other items

2022-08-06 Thread Andrew Huston
Preparing to unload a few bikes.

56 Atlantis
I bought this bike and it has basically sat as I have far too many bikes. I
am the second owner and it is in really nice shape for its age. A few minor
cosmetic blames but again, nothing nuts. Build is a nice mix of Phil
hubs/bb, King headset, and Paul cantis.
Asking $2200 plus shipping (no saddle or pedals)

Other items include:
Moustache bars and nitto stem
Nitto Bullmoose bars
Medium Black Sheep Klunker SS complete
Crust Wombat frame/Cliffhanger ss wheel set/crank, all new (rolling
chassis-ish)
We can discuss interest in these items off list.

I much prefer to text or have a call to discuss so please reach out that
way if you are able. 810-8four1-four39six

Andrew

Another thing is just giving yourself plenty of time to heal. I had an
awful bout with piriformis syndrome--in my case the cause, I think, was a
combination of a lot of jogging and a lot of sitting in a chair.
Stretching did not cure it, rest did--but stretching has kept it from
coming back. Right now I am riding a Clem H with a Brooks B17 and it's
fine for me, but I seem to have learned how to stretch and when, to keep
the problem from recurring. Good luck! It can be agonizing.
